Chapter edited!

Finishing the edit of chapter 14 took a lot longer than expected, but now it's done.I do hope that it won't take me months to edit every chapter. Otherwise I can't complete my goal of finishing the edit of book one by new year. At least it feels good to go ahead to next chapter.

I'll add the ending of this chapter, because it is an important turning point. Tiina finally understands that she has greatly misunderstood Reiko. The love she almost weeded out can now start to bloom again.

Somewhere in the middle of the night, Tiina woke up. She went down to the first floor to get a cup of water from the kitchen. Her route took her through the hearth hall. There she found Reiko, sleeping in the armchair in front of the hearth where the fire was already extinguished. He had dropped the book and it seemed he had fallen asleep so fast did not change into a fox as he had planned. Tiina took up his book and stared at it. Why was Reiko suddenly interested in psychology, so that he would read till dropping out? Tiina started to get some really intriguing suspiscions.

In the absence of anything better, she took a cover from another armchair, and laid it over Reiko as a make-do blanket. Then she whispered, “You were correct, I was silly.“ Reiko was too deep in the sleep to hear her. He just gave a quiet whimper and slept on.

Tiina tossed around in her bed for some time, blaming herself before felling asleep again. How did she not understand before that Reiko was as much a stranger in her world as she was in his? He may have lived hundred years, but with people he was still like a child who had to learn how to sit and how to step. Did he study psychology just to learn more about people? To know more about her, Tiina? Somewhere in the middle of the night, Tiina woke up. She went down to the first floor to get a cup of water from the kitchen.
