October was great! I had a small vacation. I had finally some rest. After that, I felt like a human being again.
Chapter 12 is almost edited and a chapter in Book 3 is basically finished. Adding some details to the story gives it extra depth and I love it. Thank you, Katie, for the suggestions to let the characters interact with the world! It's a good way to combat white-room syndrome.
Editing the chapter where Tiina and Marina are nostalgic in Tartu made me nostalgic as well. I have so many good memories of this city. Now I have a nice description of Tartu (or at least the part of it called Tähtvere).
Writing a haiku every day was a cool idea in theory, but a bit more than I could manage. I still have some nice haikus and I will continue to write more of them. Haikus are such a great way to express the mood of the moment.
Though the weather has been rainy, I have enjoyed my fall so far. I hope that all of you have a great fall too!
