Wow! It's September! So, the summer🌞 is over... OK, I'm not sad because I have some good things to wait for in the fall.🚌🎁
I got a chapter edited in August. Not much, but, life happened, you know...
A: We had the worst staff shortage I have ever seen at work. That made me a zombie 🧟even in my free time.  The only reason our home didn't completely drown under dirt was a habit I have tried to implement of late.  Every morning I spend one minute putting away things, washing dishes, or something. That one lousy minute was supposed to give me an active mentality for the rest of the day but now it has been my lifeline that helps me to get at least something done around the house. A colleague who has been absent because of an operation is supposed to come back in September so it should get easier.
B: I spent time with family and friends. Though I hate noisy crowds, sometimes I have to crawl out of my writing den and see some friendly face, to stay sane.
C: I had both my editor notes and the suggestions of Pro Writing aid to work with.
Considering all this, one chapter is a great accomplishment.👍
So, this kind of month...
