I can't put into words how much I love this book by Carsten Henn.❤️ The name of the book in Deuch is Der Buchspazierer. It should be Bookwalker in English. I read the Estonian translation, of course (Raamatujalutaja).
This book is just like written for INFP-s. It has books, lots of books📚, a cat🐈⬛ and a child. I savored the language Henn was using and the cute atmosphere. There were some sad parts too, but sadness is also a part of life.
Jaan liked the book too. He thinks that Sasha, the child character, was INTP like him and he was glad about it.
The main character, Karl, is a bookstore delivery man who brings books to people who can't or won't leave their homes to go to the store. His clients are all so colorful and it was heartwarming to read how books made them happy. And then comes a little girl, who insists on going with Karl to his book walking rounds, turning everything upside down...
When I finished this book, I felt a little lost and said "This was beautiful but now it's over." Yeah, it was like a gourmet meal - small in size but so delicious that every bite is a luxury.
I recommend that book for every book nerd. Strongly recommend!
